I am so proud to report that TIH has struck again!
I teamed up with a group out of Maryland and we went up to the mountains of Panama to work with the indigenous people of Las Lajas.
In a few days we treated about 800 patients, gave vaccinations, saved lives, pulled teeth, and even helped bring a baby into the world.
I want to dedicate this last trip to my Aunt Bitty - she was a lovely woman who supported me and always loved my photos and encouraged me. She died last Saturday morning while I was doing a house call on the side of a mountain. RIP, Aunt Bitty - you will be missed.
